Control Panel

The Control Panel is fully automatic and safe for unattended operation. The normal operation of the system is governed by a master sequence controller which, in the event of abnormal operating conditions sounds an audible alarm and trips the unit to stop. Symbols are provided on the lock out indicator which indicates the kind of fault. Once the fault is cleared the controller automatically restarts the unit. The full complement of safety interlocks, indicators and alarms are mounted in modular control panel boxes.

The Panel consist of a sophisticated but friendly circuit enable the operator to run the boiler. Various instruments and safety features are as detailed below: In auto mode the boiler will operate the Fans sequences automatically. The boiler fans can be also adjusted to start and stop automatically within a pressure range. The Panel is lockable by a key to prevent unauthorised operation of the boiler. In the control panel Switches, Motor Starters, Indication Lamps, Control Fusses, Main Incoming Switch and Inter connecting wiring for the following is provided.
